All PowerTap returned for service will be returned to sender within 28 days of the quote being sent, if payment is not received. Wheels not collected / returned will be disposed of after 3 months. Thank you.

Service Pricing


Service Charge £52.00 (inc vat) This covers all labour charges and return postage to UK mainland only (see shipping charges for other areas). Any parts used are charged extra to this service cost.

The process for servicing of your PowerTap product requires several routine checks and tests to be made.

-Circuit testing

-Calibration testing and setting before and after repair

-Lubrication

-Bearing removal and- re fitting

-Spoke tension check

NB- If the wheel spokes are deemed to be unserviceable with a risk of failure this part of the service will not be included and will be noted on the service details.

Whether your Power Tap product simply requires a battery change or complete rebuild / replacement of the Torque Tube the service time is the same the reason for one single price charge.

It is important your wheel is maintained regularly to give long life trouble free training, also produce accurate readings.

We suggest you wheel is serviced annually, or more often if required sooner.
