All PowerTap returned for service will be returned to sender within 28 days of the quote being sent, if payment is not received. Wheels not collected / returned will be disposed of after 3 months. Thank you.

To arrange any drop-off or collection of your Power Tap products an appointment must be arranged. We will not accept wheels just being dropped in.

PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer able to service Pre. 2003 Pro Hubs or Wheels (Identified by 2 screws securing cover). However we are able to upgrade these items, please Contact Us for our Upgrade Offers.

Warranty Claims: For all warranty items please await instructions from one of our technicians before proceeding .

ZIPP Wheels: These must be returned to Zipp U.S. as we are unable to service these items.
